The interface organizes complex system data into a structure that can be understood in seconds, not minutes. Instead of adding more panels and charts, I focused on hierarchy, predictable interactions, and progressive disclosure. Critical information stays visible while deeper analysis is available on demand. The goal was to lower cognitive load in time-sensitive situations and make the system usable under pressure. This project demonstrates my approach to practical B2B software design, beyond marketing websites.

Zeitwerk
A time-tracking system designed to reduce mental overhead, not just record hours.

A time-tracking system designed to reduce mental overhead, not just record hours.
Time tracking tools often collect data but do not help users understand their work.
I designed Zeitwerk as a structured workflow rather than a logging interface — prioritizing clarity, predictable interactions, and meaningful summaries over raw features. The focus was reducing cognitive load: fewer decisions during the day, clearer overview at the end of it. Instead of adding flexibility everywhere, I defined constraints that make usage automatic and repeatable. The project demonstrates my approach to product design — shaping behavior through structure rather than visual decoration.

Nina Wiesinger
Made a personal brand feel like a business, not a blog.
The goal was to turn an abstract consultancy presentation into a clear, approachable personal brand. The original communication was topic-heavy and hard to navigate, so I shifted the focus to the person behind the expertise. I simplified the language, reduced noise, and built the identity primarily through typography and structure.
Visitors now immediately understand who Nina is, what she does, and why it matters.
The website works as an introduction to a person — not a collection of articles.

A monthly fueling subscription tailored to how athletes actually ride.
Fuelist is a subscription-based nutrition system for cyclists. Instead of choosing products manually, riders answer a short questionnaire and receive a monthly fueling package tailored to their training and riding style. The digital product helps plan nutrition during long rides and connects physical products with real training situations. I designed the concept, positioning, and interface to make sports nutrition feel simple and predictable rather than technical and overwhelming. The goal was to turn fueling from guesswork into a routine.
Financial Advisor Dashboard
Designed an internal planning and portfolio management dashboard from scratch.
I created the structure and interaction model for an internal tool used by financial advisors to monitor portfolios, meetings and commissions in one place. The challenge was combining analytical data with daily workflow — not just displaying numbers but supporting decisions. I organized the interface around tasks instead of data categories, reducing navigation and cognitive load. Advisors could immediately see client status and next actions at a glance. The project demonstrates my approach to practical UX: clarity over decoration.
